The first thing to remember is that you do retain access to both your Google Drive and H: Drive, so you don't need to worry about a file your colleagues may need being lost or deleted.  Before you leave the University, going through your Google Drive and transferring ownership of files and documents to a colleague or manager will ensure the proper people have access after your departure.  Similarly, job related files from your H: Drive can be moved to a folder in your I: Drive, added to and shared in your Google Drive, or emailed directly to a colleague or manager.
