After the password is entered and verified, the system will begin pushing the new password out to various directory services including our Microsoft Active Directory system, and our campus LDAP servers (SSO).  Once these have been provisioned and synchronized, you'll be able to use your account to login. 

If you are a student, faculty or staff member, you will You will likely also need to configure DUO 2FA with your account to add additional factor(s) to protect your account.    Duo provides a number of methods including mobile push, touch id, hardware tokens, text messages and calls. 

A reminder on the last page will also display information about our emergency alert system, HawkWatch, which can send voice and text messages to a cellphone number, and a mobile app.  The system is used for critical alerts and safety information, as well as other services of the LU Police Department.
