Please note: in recent versions of the Zoom desktop client (Mac/Windows/Linux), if you experience the Zoom client automatically sharing your desktop upon clicking Share Screen instead of showing screen share options as you're used to seeing, go into advanced settings and under Share Screen > When I share my screen in a meeting be sure Show all sharing options is selected.
