If you or your department are switching from subscribing directly with Adobe to one available through LTS, you must follow these instructions to ensure you are using the correct (LTS) subscription on your computer.
These instructions only apply to you if:
If you are not seeing the product entitlements you expect for your lehigh.edu email address perform these steps to ensure you are logging into the user account managed by LTS.
If you do not already have Creative Cloud desktop app installed on your computer, please see Creative Cloud License & Install Troubleshooting.
Only follow these instructions if:
- You have received notification that your new license assignments are completed and ready to use.
- Your Creative Cloud application is not prompting you to log inOr, want to ensure you are logged into your LTS-managed Adobe Account to access your assigned license.
