In order to sign up for CrashPlan, you'll need to create a Help Request, and provide a Banner Index to charge with the license fee.
1. Go to https://www.lehigh.edu/help, and Click on ' . . submit a request.'
2. Click on 'Computers and Networking'
3. Enter 'Request Crashplan' under 'Provide a Brief Summary of your request'.
4. Scroll down, enter your Banner index in the description, and click 'Create' at the bottom of the page. You'll receive emails from the help system, and updates on your account creation.
