At times it may be necessary or desirable to access the Zoom app directly, rather than pulling it up via a web browser. If it's not already installed, you can follow the instructions to download and install it.
On a Windows PC, try the steps below to start the Zoom app:
1. Click 'Start', and then begin typing "Zoom". If it's installed, you should see it pop up in the results list as an app icon. Click on the icon, or the 'Open' link.
2. When prompted, enter your Lehigh email, and click "Sign on with SSO". Proceed to enter your Lehigh credentials, and Duo second factor.
