Use the following steps to create a deep link
- The beginning of your deep link (url) will point to Cloud Lehigh with some extra banner information
- Know which Banner URL you want to go to and remove the server name and banner instance information
Example: Employee Tab is https://ssb-prod.ec.lehigh.edu/PROD/twbkwbis.P_GenMenu?name=bmenu.P_MainMnu which means you would want "twbkwbis.P_GenMenu?name=bmenu.P_MainMnu"
- URL encode the remaining part of the url. You can use a tool such as URL Decoder/Encoder
Using the encoding tool, the example of twbkwbis.P_GenMenu?name=bmenu.P_MainMnu would change to twbkwbis.P_GenMenu%3Fname%3Dbmenu.P_MainMnu
- Create your link by combining the "Connect Lehigh" link and appending your URL encoded link
