Cengage is a third-party from which students can purchase e-textbooks that faculty can make available, along with enhanced content and activities, through Course Site integration. In order to use Cengage, a faculty member must first contact Cengage to get started.
Once you are ready to add content from Cengage into Course Site, log in to Course Site and navigate to the course that you want to included Cengage content in. With editing turned on, click "Add Activity or Resource". Then select "External Tool".
When the External Tool settings page displays, select Cengage from the drop-down menu of preconfigured tools. This should activate the Select content button immediately below the tools drop-down menu.
Click Select content and navigate to the textbok/content you want to include, then click Save and Display.
